Personal Daily Path
This is how you create your personalized Daily Path:
- Select the time that you want to take a specific supplement (vitamin / protein) from the drop down menu.
- Select the supplement from the drop down menu.
- Click the "add to journal" button.
- Repeat steps 1-3 until you have added each supplement that you would want on your daily path.
- Click the "export journal" button and your selections will populate a pre-loaded excel file as a download on your computer.
