Personal Daily Path

This is how you create your personalized Daily Path:

  1. Select the time that you want to take a specific supplement (vitamin / protein) from the drop down menu.
  2. Select the supplement from the drop down menu.
  3. Click the "add to journal" button.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 until you have added each supplement that you would want on your daily path. 
  5. Click the "export journal" button and your selections will populate a pre-loaded excel file as a download on your computer. 

 

Add items to your timeline by selecting a time and vitamin from the list.
