Order Policies, Recurring Orders, Returns and Refund Policies

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped by either USPS (United States Postal Service), priority mail or FedEx Ground and may be tracked in the event of lost or disputed packages.

  • Depending on location, normal delivery will be 3-7 days (depending on location) unless expedited shipping is requested.

  • All orders received by noon EST (business days) will ship same day.  Orders recieved after noon EST, will ship next business day or sooner.

  • Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. All orders received after noon EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday.
     

Recurring Order Policy

  • Celebrate offers automatic shipments that may recur in 30 day or 90 day increments and may be selected at check-out.  To cancel a recurring order once it is set, please call 877-424-1953 or email us at success@celebratevitamins.com.  We will complete all cancellation requests within 1 business day.

  • Celebrate provides a 10% discount on all recurring orders.  If a recurring order is cancelled after the 1st shipment, the customer is responsible for the 10% discount that was applied.  

 

Return / Refund Policy*

  • Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed with Celebrate Vitamins!
  • Unopened and undamaged product with all original factory seals intact may be returned within 60 days of original purchase.
  • Opened items may be exchanged for any product of equal or lesser value.  There will be no additional shipping for replacement products.
  • Prior to returning product, a return authorization number is required and may be obtained by calling Celebrate's customer service department at 877-424-1953.  Orders returned without prior authorization will not be credited so please call us first and we will get you taken care of.
  • Returned orders that are not received within 60 days of original purchase will NOT be credited.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits due on orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
  • In the event that all or part of an order is returned that involved free items or free shipping, the cost of such will be deducted from any amount owed to the customer following the return.
