This is not only a simple vitamin, is the most complete one. Definitely I’ll recommend it.
Celebrate vitamins are always the best vitamins for me. I am 15 years post gastric bypass. I have tried other brands but Celebrate vitamins keep my blood test levels normal. B complex combined with B12 has been a great combination for me. I also take Celebrate Multi once daily, calcium chews, Prebiotic and Probiotics.
Good for the nutrients that I need.

Since I started taking Celebrate B-complex, my labs have returned to normal levels. I had RNY in 2008 and have always had troubles keeping my levels in the normal range. After a month of taking this, my labs are no longet low. I worried if it would work because after taking it, my uirine is bright yellow. My only recommendation is to eat something when taking it. The burps don't taste good.
Haven't started using them yet.
I only buy my vitamins from Celebrate Vitamins because I know I'm getting what I need and in a form that will be absorbed by my body. It seems I don't absorb nutrition well, so I depend on my vitamins. Thank you!
I have been taking a B-50 Complex daily for several years. I really disliked having to take 2 capsules a day. They came in a 90 day supply and were pricey.
I had used Celebrate for B-12 and saw that their B-50 Complex also came in a 90 day supply and dosage is one a day. I tried it and I love that I still get a quality product and am saving a few dollars as well! Thank you Celebrate for your fabulous customer service!

I had tried another version that my hormone provider suggested and I thought "I wonder if Celebrate has a complex option" and they do! I've noticed that I think this is helping me more than any other complex B, especially given the way it's formulated for surgery patients. And a very reasonable price to boot.
With this product there isn't much to say other than it isn't as big as some other type of capsules so easy to swallow. I've only been taking them a short time so can't really tell if they are making a difference.

I was worried about finding a B50 vitamin that didn't have a terrible smell, taste, and lingering aftertaste, because that's normal for B50. I was so happy to find that, even though these have a smell, it's tolerable and there is no taste or aftertaste. Even better, they are a smaller-size pill than I expected. Very happy!
I have taken these for over 5 years. I don't feel sick after taking them. I have energy. Great complex.
